Ancient caves, Rockhaven, Porterville, Western Province
I signed up for the Weekly Photo Challenge about 3 weeks ago. Each week as WordPress Bloggers we are challenged to take a photo on a specific topic.
The above photo was taken in a pitch dark cave in Porterville. The little bubbles are the dust particles created as we moved around. I suffer from heavy claustrophobia so using the camera was therapeutic and a way to make light with the flash.
Inside the cave there are loads of ancient Bushman drawings but because we couldn’t see anything I was unable to take pics of them. I did locate some on the outside:
